Answer to Question 1

B
In the American Indian culture it is taboo to touch the deceased or any of the belongings of the deceased. After death, the name of the deceased is not spoken.

Answer to Question 2

D
Immediately following a liver biopsy, the patient is kept on bed rest for 24 hours. The patient should lie on his or her right side for about 1 to 2 hours. The nurse should tell the patient to avoid coughing or straining, which may cause increased intra-abdominal pressure.
