The whistling hearing aid is usually caused by a poor fit of the ear mold. Reinsertion of the ear mold usually stops the whistling.

ANS: C
A conductive hearing loss can be diagnosed by the Weber test. A person with a conductive loss will hear the noise louder in his affected ear.
