How high would sea level be if an H storm made landfall at high tide and
  the normal tides range  m from mean sea level? What will be an ideal response?

Answer to Question 1

Sea level would be between 0.7 and 1.8 m  less than the eff ect of normal high tide at
that location.



Answer to Question 2

Sea level would be between 4.7 and 5.8 m.
