What accommodations do school personnel make for Wesley's disability?

As a result of his injuries, Wesley's teachers bend over backwards to help him succeed. Are the accommodations they provide for Wesley fair to the other students at West Hills High School? Why or why not?

Their accommodations include the following:
 They give him extra time to perform cognitive tasks (e.g., tests, math problems).
 They allow him to take a nap during third and fourth periods.
 The English teacher gives him directions in both written and oral forms.
 The French teacher assigns work commensurate with Wesley's ability.
 The history teacher cues him about key ideas
