Explain why ethnicity will continue to contribute to local diversity even as other cultural elements become globalized.

Answer: Varies but the answer should touch on the fact that ethnicity is place dependent and does not change with relocation. Cultural factors like dress or cuisine may change with relocation but ethnicity does not. Although some may self-identify differently in a new location.
