Answer to Question 1

Social media measurements can also be qualitative. Qualitative social media measurement is the process of accessing the opinions and beliefs about a brand. These qualitative measurements may include using technology to detect the mood, attitudes, or emotions of people who experience a social media activity or customer satisfaction scores or resolution time, defined as the amount of time taken to resolve customer service issues. Qualitative measurements include customer satisfaction scores, issue resolution rate, and resolution time. Typically, qualitative measurements are more subjective when compared to objective quantitative measurements.

Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.

Your skin wrinkles if you stay in the bathtub a long time because the outermost layer of skin (which consists of dead keratin) swells when it absorbs water. It is tightly attached to the skin below it, so it compensates for the increased area by wrinkling. This happens to the hands and feet because they have the thickest layer of dead keratin cells.
