Answer to Question 1

False

Answer to Question 2

If a country has a continual deficit in its balance of payments, the nation's total flow of money into a country is greater than the total flow of money out of the country. A continual deficit in a nation's balance of payments can cause other nations to lose confidence in that nation's economy.
