Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

An informal organization displays a pattern of behavior and interaction that stems from personal rather than official relationships. The informal organization is not shown nor visible on an organization chart. Informal groups and the grapevine are a part of an informal organization and these, of course, would not be part of an organization chart.
