Which rule is correct for sentences following colons?
 
  a. Don't use a capital letter for a sentence following a colon.
 b. Capitalize each word in a sentence that follows a colon.
 c. Capitalize a complete sentence that follows a colon when that sentence is a formal statement, a quotation, or a sentence that you want to emphasize.
  d. Capitalize only the major words in a complete sentence that follows a colon.
