To manage your anger constructively, it is wise first of all to
 
  a. Recognize and acknowledge the fact that you are angry
  b. Express it by being aggressive and thus getting rid of the inner tension
  c. Repress and deny it, and focus instead on the good things in life
  d. Drink a lot of water, so as to avoid headaches and ulcers
