An angular unconformity involves not only uplift resulting in erosion, but also the tilting of originally
horizontal strata. Such tilting does not occur in the production of a disconformity.



Answer to Question 2

Inclusions or fragments of one rock contained within a layer of another are older than the rock layer
itself.
