How might climate change predictions of sea level in the next century affect the severity of future tsunamis?

Answer: Sea level is rising, which means the sea will encroach farther on the land surface, getting closer to large populations.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: California is along a transform boundary, which would not experience significant vertical movement.
