Answer to Question 1

C is at lowest risk: sits on granite (solid rock), above water table (no worries about liquefaction), and the slope to the right of the house is at a stable angle (not too steep), no houses above it that would fall onto it.
B is at highest risk: sits on the fault, which will most likely shift and tear the house apart; close to the water table, so liquefaction is a problem.
D is modestly stable and it is above the water table so no real risk of liquefaction.
A is close to the water table and on recent, unconsolidated sedimentary deposits, which will most likely suffer the effects of liquefaction. A could also slide down into the ocean, as it sits on the block that is going down. It will NOT suffer from a tsunami because the fault is not under the seafloor; however if the vertical motion on the fault is large enough, location A could be partly submerged as it subsides below sea level.
