Answer to Question 1

C
Cystic (saccular) bronchiectasis is more damaging than varicose (fusiform) or cylindrical (tubular) bronchiectasis because the bronchial walls are only composed of fibrous tissues. There is no such thing as triphasic bronchiectasis.

Answer to Question 2

C
Transposition of the great vessels (TGA) is the most common cyanotic congenital cardiac defect of neonates.
