An effective way of dealing with self-centered behavior is to
avoid showing anger toward the patient, trying instead to help
the patient by offering activities or interests.

Answer to Question 2

Answers may include: sensitivity to others' feelings,
trustworthiness, dependability, honesty, cheerfulness and
enthusiasm, respectfulness, cooperation, consideration, patience
and kindness, and understanding themselves.
