Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can provide detailed sectional images of the body without the use of ionizing radiation. It can aid in detecting, localizing, and staging malignant disease in the central nervous system, musculoskeletal system, spine, head, and neck. Ultrasonography is most applicable in detecting tumors within the pelvis, retroperitoneum, and peritoneum. Instruments, such as the sigmoidoscope, colonoscope, gastroscope, bronchoscope, and laryngoscope, may be used for visual observation of internal organs. Computed tomography (CT) is most useful for diagnosing tumors of the chest, abdominal cavity, and brain.
