The nurse should emphasize that women at increased risk should have additional tests such as breast ultrasonography done. Yearly mammograms are recommended starting at age 40 and not 20 . CBE should be recommended every 3 years for women aged 20 to 30 . BSE is an option for women starting at age 20 years and not at age 40.
