Feedback:
The nurse should keep track of the license's expiration date and make sure to renew it in a timely manner. The nurse should keep copies of immunization records and most recent tuberculin testing (or negative chest x-ray study) and rubella titer information, a copy of an updated personal resume, birth certificate, and social security card. A record of all continuing education courses should also be kept; in some cases, a copy of completion certificates must be submitted with the license renewal application.
