The official transcripts are not needed to write for the exam because the nursing program submitted verification of eligible candidates as part of the application process. The note from the physician regarding the learning disability asking for special testing accommodations is needed to be provided during the application to test process. The Authorization to Test card is needed, but the booklet included with the card is not.
