front side of the gown, from the waist up

Rationale: When dressed in sterile gown and gloves, hands and arms must remain above waist level. On the front side and from the waist up is considered sterile. If two persons dressed in sterile gown need to pass one another, they should pass back to back.

Answer to Question 2

dorsiflexed

Rationale: Dorsiflexion of the foot is necessary and the ball of the foot should be positioned perpendicular to the image receptor to allow the tangential beam to skim the part.
