Answer to Question 1

Stetcher method

Rationale: The Stetcher method is an alternative means of imaging the scaphoid. There is no requirement to stress the hand. Instead the hand and palm are elevated 20 degrees, the hand is pronated, and the CR is directed perpendicular to the scaphoid.

Rationale: Windowing allows for adjusting brightness and contrast on the monitor.
