Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

B
The student felt that her communication with the client was ineffective because the client did not speak. However, the student failed to understand the importance of being present for the client. The client's use of touch was an example of the client demonstrating warmth and positive regard for the student. However, the student did not recognize that even though the client did not talk, the client nonverbally communicated with the student.
