Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

B
Modeling involves nursing assessment. The goal is for the nurse to develop an understanding of the client's subjective experience. Modeling requires empathy to understand the client's view of the current situation, and in this way it differs substantially from the nursing assessment as traditionally incorporated in the nursing process.
