A client being treated for major depression is the CEO of her own business. She has received 12
  electroconvulsive therapy sessions and has remained in the hospital 4 days after the last treatment
  while her SSRI dose was being adjusted.
 
  The client has been counseled not to make a major business
  decision for a month. The rationale for this counseling is that
  a. SSRIs may cause confusion related to the limitation of tyramine in the diet.
