Answer to Question 1

D
Inexperienced nurses often have high expectations for the progress of antisocial clients. Their initial
reaction to continuing acting-out behaviors is often disappointment. The scenario does not establish
guilt, anger, or helplessness as being experienced by the nurse.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A
This question would probably produce defensiveness on the part of the client. If a subpersonality
acts out sexually, the main personality is probably not aware of the behavior. All other questions
would be pertinent.
