A business owner is hospitalized after suffering a heart attack. The staff finds him very demanding and angry toward all personnel and noncompliant in his therapy and treatment plan.
 
  What is the best strategy for the nurse to employ with this patient? a. Give him an ultimatum to cooperate or face a longer recovery period.
  b. Allow him to continue this behavior due to his role outside the hospital.
