Clients with anorexia nervosa have unrealistic perceptions of their body images; they see them-selves as much heavier than they are in reality. Options 1 and 2: The client with anorexic nervosa does not see herself as either attractive or malnourished. Option 4: The client with anorexia ner-vosa does not view herself as shapely or as being like her role model.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 1
Hypokalemia, low serum potassium, is treated by administering potassium either by IV or as oral supplements. 1. There is no indication for use of calcium gluconate. 3. Reglan is used to treat gastroparesis. 4. Ferrous sulfate is used to treat iron deficiency.
