a. Who are the readers?
b. What do they need?
c. Where will they be reading?
d. When will they be reading?
e. Why are they reading?
f. How are they reading?

a. Define the project mission and objectives.
b. Identify project outcomes.
c. Define team-member responsibilities.
d. Create a project calendar.
e. Write out a work plan.
