For an analysis of variance comparing three treatment means, H0 states that all three population means are the same and H1 states that all three population means are different.
 
  Indicate whether the statement is true or false

A population of scores has  = 50 and  = 5. If every score in the population is multiplied by 3, then what are the new values for the mean and standard deviation?
