Answer to Question 1

Frogs are aquatic or semi-aquatic, while toads are terrestrial. Frogs have smooth, mucoid skin, while toads have drier, nodulated skin.

Answer to Question 2

When a reptile receives an injection in the lower half of the body, the blood supply goes directly to the kidneys. There the substance is filtered out of the blood stream and excreted out in the urates. The reptile does not receive the benefit of the injection.
