Sixty-five percent of flowers should be the lightest color, 25 percent of flowers should be in the mid-value color range, and 10 percent should be in the darkest color.

The two advantages of tissue culture are:

1 . Only a tiny portion of the parent plant is used, so the potential to grow a large number of genetically identical plants is greatly increased.
2 . The new plants are free of disease-causing organisms.
