1 . HACCP
2 . Treatment of carcasses to reduce pathogens
3 . Pasteurization
4 . Irradiation

Before two pieces of metal can be joined by soldering, brazing, or braze welding, they must be tinned.
Tinning is bonding filler material to a base metal. Tinning should be learned before attempting to braze
or solder.
