Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

ANS:The
eradicant fungicide can be applied after disease infection has occurred. It acts systemically and is
translocated by the plant to the site of infection. A protectant fungicide is applied prior to disease
infection. It provides a barrier between the host and the germinating spores. However, this barrier will
be broken down by environmental weathering of the fungicide.
