Wind erosion produces dust on furniture, irritation to the eyes and lungs of people and animals, damage to
machinery, and scoring (scratching) of structures.



Answer to Question 2

Side effects of water erosion include, but are not limited to: sedimentation of streams, rivers, lakes, ponds, bays,
estuaries, and oceans; pollution; fish kills; and contaminated drinking water.
