Answer to Question 1

In commercial hatcheries, the eggs are incubated in two separate rooms: the setting
room and the hatching room.



Answer to Question 2

Hatching eggs must be clean because even a small speck of foreign material on the shell
can contain millions of microorganisms that can cause problems.
