Answer to Question 1

A business starting out with a budget too small to allow for a gutter
connected greenhouse. A low temperature holding area for a crop like azalea.

Answer to Question 2

The anti-condensate compound allows condensing water droplets on the
inside of the covering to flow to the gutter rather than collect on the covering
where they would block light and reduce plant growth. The anti-condensate
prevents condensate droplets from building up to a size where they fall from the
roof to plant foliage below. Wet foliage is more prone to disease occurrence.
