Answer to Question 1

1) Turbulence can occur due to a short pad to fan distance. To correct
this increase the pad to fan distance by using alternative walls or increase the fan
capacity. 2) Air can move beneath benches. Place a baffle beneath the bench at the
inlet end to stop this. 3) Air will rise as it warms up along the path from pad to fan.
Place clear plastic baffles overhead and perpendicular to the air stream to force the
air back down into the plant zone.

Answer to Question 2

trombone for steam and box for hot water.
