Answer to Question 1

The meter can only detect electrically charged nutrients. Urea is a neutral
nutrient.

Answer to Question 2

Sept or Oct through April or May, 30 minutes before sunrise to sunset,
unless the exhaust fans turn on or the ventilators are open more than 2 inches.
