A single covering is used on the greenhouse that looses more heat than
double roof coverings.

Answer to Question 2

1) When a signal from a single sensor such as temperature is used to
activate several stages of response, such as 2 stages of heating and 3 stages of
cooling. 2) When signals are received from more sensors than just a temperature
sensor.
