Answer to Question 1

D
Arterial punctures are not contraindicated in patients who have been vomiting, receiving oxygen therapy, or who have a respiratory condition. Arterial punctures should not be done on a patient who is receiving anticoagulation therapy.

Answer to Question 2

A
For many Native Americans, watching the clock and timeliness/tardiness have little importance. Time is considered a circular, rather than a linear process.
