Answer to Question 1

A
Hypertrophy is the term used to describe an increase in muscle size and shape due to an increase in muscle fiber. Atrophy refers to thin flabby muscles due to a reduction in muscle size and shape. Increased muscle tone is termed hypertonicity which causes resistance with joint movement. Hypotonicity refers to a flabby muscle with poor tone.

Answer to Question 2

A
Myra Levine believes that nurses work to keep together the wholeness of the individual. According to Levine, there are four principles of conservation: structural integrity, social integrity, personal integrity, and energy.
