Decreased glomerular filtration rate is a genitourinary change. Increased hydrochloric acid is an endocrine change. Thicker blood vessels is a cardiovascular change. Musculoskeletal changes include decreased bone mass and density; slight loss of height; thinning of intervertebral disks; and decrease in muscle tone.
