Answer to Question 1

A
According to Erikson's Stages of Psychosocial Development, autonomy vs. shame and doubt is the stage from ages 18 months to 3 years; initiative vs. guilt is the stage from ages 3 to 6 years; industry vs. inferiority is the stage from ages 6 to 12; and identity versus. role diffusion is the stage from ages 12 to 20 years.

Answer to Question 2

D
Role overload is when excessive demands of numerous roles have conflicting priorities. Person-role conflict is when the individual's values are violated by demands of a role. Interpersonal role conflict is when incompatible role expectations are held by one or more people. This situation could result in an ethical conflict, however the nurse might not personally experience it.
