A 65-year-old widow is being given an annual physical exam. She states she has been dating a widowed man for 9 months and that the relationship is fulfilling in most areas.
 
  However, she is unable to have sexual relations because she feels she is cheating on her husband, who died 5 years ago. Her partner is very understanding, although her inability to have sexual relations is becoming a strain on their relationship. What is an appropriate nursing diagnosis for this woman?
