Answer to Question 1

A, D
Feedback:
Multiple organ failure is often accompanied by hypotension and a weak, irregular pulse. Hypothermia and low respiratory rate are less common than fever and dyspnea or increased irregular respirations. It would be unusual for oxygen saturation to increase near death.

Answer to Question 2

A
Double-bagging allows the washing of soiled linen without human contact. When the linen is double-bagged, the first bag is removed before washing and the second bag goes into the machine with the dirty linen and dissolves.
