Answer to Question 1

2
Rationale: Many clients take supplements believing that they can improve their health status without realizing that many supplements have toxic consequences if taken in larger doses. The symptoms this client is exhibiting could be a result of toxic levels of vitamins C, A, B6, and fluoride. Two glasses of milk per day is a little less than recommended, and two eggs per week are within the recommendation for eggs. Thiamine, riboflavin, and vitamin K have no known toxic levels.
