Answer to Question 1

ANS: 4
A nurse can think of the family as a set of relationships that the client identifies as family or as a network of individuals who influence each other's lives. People related legally and biologically may be criterion used to determine family. General terms may not be correct in today's diversi-fied world.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 3

There is no proof maternal employment is damaging for chil-dren (Shpancer and others, 2006; Hill, 2005). Although the other options may be true or attempt to offer a solution, they do not address her concerns regarding the effects on her child.
