Answer to Question 1

ANS: A, C, D
Stakeholders have a significant interest in a topic. The priority stakeholders the nurse would want to consult for this project include the factory owners, community residents, and health care providers. The stockholders would probably not be consulted. The employees could be a significant stakeholder if the action plan affected employment.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A, B, C, E
Medicare will reimburse for professionally rendered services provided by a licensed health care provider. Grocery shopping would not be covered. If homemaker services are provided to a patient also receiving skilled care, then they too are reimbursed.
