Papule, nodule, and tumor are all considered to be palpable solid lesions. Macule, vesicle, and bulla are not considered to be palpable solid lesions.

ANS: D
Ampicillin has the potential to produce Stevens-Johnson syndrome as a life-threatening drug-induced skin eruption. The other choices are not known to be life-threatening adverse ef-fects of ampicillin use.
