Answer to Question 1

ANS: D
Live attenuated viral vaccines should not be given to patients with AIDS, other immune diseases, or impairment of immune systems due to leukemia, lymphoma, corticosteroid or antineoplastic drugs, or radiation therapy. The virus may replicate and cause infection in these individuals.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
BCG vaccine is only given to patients at high risk; the vaccine may be considered for uninfected children who are at unavoidable risk of exposure and for whom other methods of prevention and control are not feasible.
